Cliff Wiley was born and raised in Ft. Worth, Texas. The events on September 11, 2001 changed his life forever. After witnessing these events live on television and the combat footage that followed on the news, Cliff enlisted in the US Marine Corps as an infantry Marine. During his time in the Marines, he deployed on multiple combat deployments with 2ND Reconnaissance battalion and 1st Bn 9th Marines.
After his Honorable discharge, Cliff started a small business in Corsicana, TX while at the same time using his GI Bill to go to college. Being a fan of Texas and US history, he felt his next calling was in the classroom. He finished school and completed all requirements to teach in the state of Texas. Cliff taught Texas history for two years and currently teaches World history and AP US history at the high school level.
Cliff Wiley currently lives in Corsicana with his wife, Trina and two children. He keeps busy by grading papers, preparing lessons and coaching his daughters 10U softball team as he has for the last 8 seasons.
Cliff has dedicated his adult life to public service both on the battlefield and in the classroom. He would like your support in continuing his public service representing the great state of Texas in Congress.
I am a patriot who sees his country slowly slipping away. I will be a representative of, by and for the people of Texas. I am not running to impose my personal views on Washington D.C., I am running to impose your views on Washington D.C.

I am a patriot who sees his country slowly slipping away. I will be a representative of, by and for the people of Texas. I am not running to impose my personal views on Washington D.C., I am running to impose your views on Washington D.C.
Every Texan deserves to have their voice heard. I will do everything in my power to meet, talk to, visit with, and listen to as many Texans as I can to ensure I am representing Texas the way Texas should be represented.
I am running for Congress because I feel like I have not been represented in our government the way I would like. I will never apologize for my Texas values and I will not bend my beliefs to accommodate others. As a Marine corps veteran, I know what it means to lead from the front. I am struggling just like you while at the grocery store
I am running for Congress because I feel like I have not been represented in our government the way I would like. I will never apologize for my Texas values and I will not bend my beliefs to accommodate others. As a Marine corps veteran, I know what it means to lead from the front. I am struggling just like you while at the grocery store or at the pump.I am not a millionaire going into office and I won't be one when I leave office. I can't be bullied or persuaded by lobbyist and I do not owe any favors to anyone in Washington D.C. I will bring reasonable, common sense legislation to the table and do everything in my power to get this great nation back as the beacon for the rest of the world to follow. As always, Texas will lead the way!
